my mic under control panel > hardware and sound > sound shows its picking up sound but in programs like shadowplay and audacity are not recognizing a mic and when i select my mic in audacity and then hit record it won't pick up anything. It randomly started doing this the other day and I can't fix it my mic is on my headset which is the plantronics gamecom 780
