What is the biggest m.2 SATA SSD available?

Samsung have announced the PM953, which will be available as a 950GB M2. But I don't think it's in the shops yet. Does your NUC really have just a single M2 slot?
Update: Yes, I see that some NUCs only have the single M2 slot. If you need more storage perhaps you should go for one of the ones that also has SATA 3 support.
