One no but 2 yes. i use 2 sapphire r9 290 tri-x oc (1250/1450)while gaming at 4k on asus pb287q.
i currently run every game at 4k 70+fps on high-ultra settings(some option disabled since are not needed)

http://www.monoprice.com/ check these guys out if your in the us. the do good prices on 4k Korean monitors.

as for the above cleaning and dismantling. not necessary...
get dust filters for your case and then every 6-9 months use a tin of compressed air to blow out the dust from your gpu.

i just sold a 5 year old hd 5870 in perfect working order and the only time i removed the cooler was at the 6 months mark when i replaced it with an arctic 3rd party cooler. due to power color not honouring there waranty.

its as silent today as it was the day i first installed it.
i also just refurbed a 5850 with a blower unit on it. a quick blast of air into the vents a rub around the blower fan with a clean paint brush and it was good to go. 5 years old and perfect working order.
so yeah theres no good reason to dismantle a gpu unless you need to. just keep it clean and it will work fine for the life of the system (baring accidents and mistreatment)

i am outside Us and i was gonna order a korean monitor be4 i decide to buy my asus pb287q.
I am really happy with my monitor and i enjoy every single penny i spend every single minute i am gaming,
What i didnt like was that the price dropped from 720euro i bought to 450euro.
with the 270 euro difference i could have bought a better hardware or 1080p monitor.
Anyway........
