Intel GMA HD graphics

The PC had been working fine for 2 years then all of sudden on power up it just gives a long continuous beep and nothing comes on the display screen.

I opened it up and checked the CPU fan cable, uninstalled and reinstalled the memory but it still just beeps. I can't do anything with the video card because it looks like its built into the motherboard. The fan turns on fine. The only thing I haven't done is tried turning it on with the hard drive disconnected because its hard to get to.

Are there any other suggestions? I've read in other threads that its either the memory or the GPU. Well the GPU is built in and the memory I've reinstalled and still nothing. Or could the memory be bad?

Is there any other solution I might be missing?

Thanks
