Okay so rn im running a FX 6300 and i have a MSI 970 Gaming Edition MB. I want to upgrade my CPU because im starting to get into editing and and i just want to be able to play games better. I don't want to switch to Intel, right now because of the hassle and the price. So i was just going to get the 9590 and be done with it. Note i have a Corsair H80i cpu cooler rn. I am aware of how hot the 9590 runs. And ive seen people say that the cpu will fry the motherboard. Ik it will fit because they re both AM3+, but i think my biggest question is, will the CPU fry my motherboard or not?
