REPOST... Because I messed up with the previous post by tagging it 'SOLVED' unintentionally.

I'm gonna buy MSI GTX N750 TI TF and i7 4790K. I'll not overclock the processor. Still choosing the K version just because its base clock speed is better than the non-K version even considering the price bump. Do I need to buy anything better than MSI Z97 PC Mate motherboard? Like Z97 Gaming3 or Gaming5? If I need to, please let me know why. Thanks in advance.

I use 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion 3D, SketchUP and AutoCAD. All of them depends mostly on CPU I guess, no? Suggestions on any of the components of the following configuration will be much appreciated too. Budget is not very flexible unless too necessary to run these components in harmony.

i7 4790K, MSI Z97 PC Mate, MSI N750 TI TF, Transcend DDR3 (8GBx2)=16GB, Transcend SATA III 6Gb/s SSD 128GB, Western Digital WD20EZRX 2TB SATA HDD, Corsair 450W Gaming PSU, Corsair Spec 02/03 casing, Dell S2240L 21.5" LED...

Should be fine, however I would invest in a better CPU cooler, to keep it from throttling and to be quieter.

The stock intel cooler is "ok" but the 4790k will be throttled under heavy load with the stock cooler, giving you less performance. Something like the hyper 212 evo will do fine.

Yeah I see no reason why the Z97 PC mate wont be fine as you arent overclocking. You could also do fine with a H97 motherboard as you arent going to overclock.
