It really depends on what you want to do. If you're not looking for "huge" overclocks, a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo should be just fine. If you want more, then the Noctua NH-D15 on air, or any number of the AIO water cooling units in that relative price range should do the trick.
Here is a good mid-high end air cooler if you want something between the hyper 212 evo and the NH14/15:
