Also I needed windows 8 or higher too thanks for the suggestion though! Also If it is possible I would like it so I could overclock it! (dont know if its possible though)

As far as I know, it should. Just download MSI afterburner (best OC'ing program) and it should run fine. Though for what you want, OC'ing might not be necessary for all games; thus you'd want to turn it off when playing less demanding games, as overclocking ages your hardware faster.
