Will a Mini-ITX Motherboard Fit in a Mid-ATX Case?

I have a Mini-ITX motherboard and I need a bigger case so I can upgrade my PC later down the road. I've been looking at Mid-ATX cases because they're bigger and I need something that's bigger than my case right now (also I'm an amateur PC builder so more space=good for me). I want to know if I can use my current motherboard so I don't have to buy another one. Thanks for any and all responses!

Case I'm looking at right now: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144292&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Computer+Cases-_-N82E16811144292&gclid=Cj0KEQjwmNuuBRDTu5rDjr2kxJsBEiQAWlm6UulXj8Z3ZCXNuuc4R_mVCB1yT4ocBrLakG7tE8kUFbUaApGQ8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds

P.S. I'm thinking about getting a bigger PSU so will this work/fit in the case listed above?

Although it should technically fit since miniITX boards use 4 of the standard ATX screw holes, I have seen some larger mid and full tower cases only have 2 or 3 of those inner 4 screw mounts making a miniITX board a bad idea.

Considering the apevia website excludes miniITX boards from it's official support list, I would be skeptical. It may work, it may not.
