Looking for airflow/cooling advice for Bifenix Merc Alpha case

Hi there.
I have Bitfenix Merc Alpha case and have a query around maximising air flow to have a cooler quieter system.
I recently replaced my 7870xt with a XFX 390X and the new card generates a bit more heat and some more noise as well.

I have
2 intake fans at the front, Merc Spectre Pro's http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/accessories/spectre-pro/
2 out at the top (fed off a fan splitter from the OPT fan header on cpu)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002QVLBM2?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01
with a standard 80mm fan out in the top back corner.

I have noticed that while temps are grand, GPU rarely goes over 70 and CPU sits at 60-70 depending on game, the noise of the fans is pretty loud. Any advice on how to maximise airflow and reduce the noise would be appreciated.

Cant stretch to a better case atm so that is not an option for now but might be in a few months. Was thinking Deep silence 1 , slightly bigger and has good reviews.
Cable management is a bit pants in places, I find the case a bit cramped or maybe I am just not moving enough of the cables behind the tray?

I would go for a heavy positive pressure build for cooling the whole system. Turning all fans as intakes will create positive pressure. Pushing more cool air into the case, with heat and hot air escaping through the spaces around the case. This provides a constant flow of cooler air, and helps keep dust out of your system (As long as all your intake fans are backed with a dust filter)

It never hurts trying it out and seeing if it helps.

Noise comes from fans running at high rpm.
Larger fans are more effective at lower rpm.
Can you possibly fit some intake fans to the grilles on the side?

Try taking the side covers off, that will cool better and you can then lower your fan speeds.

I would look for a case with two 140mm intake fans or a 200mm intake fan.
Let the exhaust go where it may.
If those intakes are filtered, you will have a cleaner case.

Hi
What would you recomend as a larger case with better fans. There are no dust filters on my fans currently.
I wouldnt mind something with USB3 as well down the road.
It will likely be xmas before I can afford a new case.
Deep silence 1 comes well recomended, is it worth it?
