Now I will be using this pc just for gaming and maybe overclocking in the future, this is the build I came up with so far.. Would love to play my games at max settings in 1080P Please let me know your opinions and advice.. Thank you so much in advance..

I need to know how much are you willing to spend, but I'm going to guess it's around 2K USD, from the PCPartPicker list. That's a lot of money, so you'll be able to get a really awesome and overkilling build.

Ok, first of all, you need to get a better CPU. It's ridiculous to have a $2K build with an average i5-4690K. Get a nice i7, and maybe remove that CD drive or the SSD (yeah, I know it's worth getting one, but you could get it later. A better CPU is much more crucial.).

Hang on, 2x144hz monitors and one 970? A single 970 is great for 1080p at 60hz but not for 144hz and definitely not 2x144hz monitors.

A single 1080p monitor at 144hz needs something like a 980Ti or an sli 970's setup, the 980Ti makes more sense. If you want to game across 2 monitors at 144hz your going to need even more horse power.

Oh wow guys thank you for the quick response.. My budget is about $2k and i dont really have to have the 2 monitors but i would like to have one 144hz. Would this still be good at 1080p for 1 monitor?

For 1 1080p monitor which is 60hz the 970 is great but for 144hz where you need 100fps or higher to take advantage of the higher refresh rate its not really strong enough, you would have to turn the game settings on modern games right down.

A single 144hz monitor paired with a 980Ti would be excellent

I agree with CTurbo's build. It leaves a lot of room for future expansion, and has quality parts. The only thing I can't endorse is the CPU cooler, as I don't know it, but I'm betting it's a good one, besides being fairly cheap.

Thank you guys for all the info... I really appreciate it... I want to build this rig by the end of August ... I'm sure I have more quetions, but I can't think of any at the moment.. I have one of my friends telling me that the gtx 970 would play everything maxed out at 1080P and you guys saying gtx 980 would be better for that lol I'm just confused on witch one to pull the trigger on... And of course I have to throw in the gigabyte gtx 980ti G1 gaming into the mix... Uggggg decisions decisions
