HDD not showing up under MY PC or devices and drives

So I just built two gaming systems, both with SSD's and HDD. I installed the OS onto the SSD.
I noticed I can't find my HDD in file explorer. It is in the bios, and even under device manager.
Not sure if I need to do something to it. They're all brand new parts.
The HDD is a Western Digital Caviar Blue, 1 TB.
The SSD is a Kingston 240 GB (on one pc) and 120 gb on the other. Both have the same issue.
Any help is much appreciated! :D

Where is disk manager? I did a search for it but nothing showed up. Is it the same as device manager?
EDIT:
I Found the Disk Manager, I followed your steps, and it says it's online and working properly. Though still nothing in File explorer.
