Hello, over the past 4 days I have been experiencing major upload and download speed drops and ping spikes. Also while league of legends my ping will go from my usual 105 to 700-1000. I spoke to my isp they could not see an issue (figures). While during my lag I ran a speed test ping was 380ms 1mbps download and .80mbps upload. My usual speed test is 20-25ms 83mbps download 5mbps upload. If anyone can offer support that would be great. Thanks!

First you want to test on wired to be see if it is a wireless issue.
If it last long enough you can run test programs like speedtest try a program called pathping. You should be able to compare the results from when there is no issues and look for difference. You can use the game server ip but I would start with 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2 since those generally test to a service in a city very close to you.
If you see issues in hop1 it is your router, in hop2 is the modem or wiring between your house and the ISP, stuff past hop2 gets messy since it is in the ISP network.
