Best Thin-Silent Laptop under $700

I'm looking for a ultra-thin and silent passively cooled laptop for my mom. She will not be gaming, at least I don't think so the dedicated graphics would do. i'm looking for an i5 or i7 so leave suggestions with links plz and thx!
