I need something that can record games like unturned, agar.io and DayZ with no lag issues and edit those videos properly, I want to get into making youtube videos.

Also, how would I go about getting windows 10 for 20 dollars? I heard someone say you can do that but I'm not sure. Also do you think a 600 dollar budget would be good for this? (leaving room for the monitor, mouse n keyboard and stuff) Thanks in advance.
