My stock CPU cooler is loud and my CPU temp can still get pretty high. Would it be worth it to get a Hyper 212 Evo? And would my PSU be good enough ( I am cutting it pretty close on power)? I have an AMD FX-8320, a GTX 750, a 1 TB 7200 RPM Caviar Blue HDD, 8 GB of RAM, a CD/DV reader/writer, and a 400w PSU. And if I get it, how do I put it in?
