Which should I get? I'm gonna use it for editing videos( if we have projects) photoshops etc. of course I'm gonna use it for gaming(mostly) but I'll put some editing softwares...I'm gonna pair it with GTX 750ti or either GTX 960 depending on my unsure budget... I also want a low electricity bill... Help will be appreciated as always :]... It is also hot here in my country, just to inform...(Philippines)

In terms of energy savings, over the entire year you might be paying up to $40 more for the AMD FX 8350 over the Intel i5 4460. That said, I'm inclined to agree with N3rdR4ge -- go with the Intel i5 4460. True, for multitasking, as in your case, the AMD FX 8350 edges out over the competitor. However, I think that a GTX 960 will more than make up for any of the losses (assuming GPGPU). In reality, both of the cards you mentioned are great picks and will go well with either CPU.

Here's a side-by-side comparison of the two CPUs: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4460-vs-AMD-FX-8350
I hope this helps.

You'll only get a little bit more performance out of the AMD FX 8350 in multithreaded processes, though it won't be very visible. In gaming, I'd say you might get about a 2% to 5% gain in FPS. Adding special effects in Adobe Photoshop might speed up by around 5% (at the very most). In my opinion, I would definitely put the money toward the Nvidia GTX 960 instead (assuming GPGPU), which is a feature that can be used by programs like Adobe Photoshop. Overall? Go with the Intel i5 4460 and use the extra cash to buy the better graphics card of the two.

I guess I should go with the i5... Do you think an Asus B85M-G would be an okay motherboard? And the Team Elite 8GB 1600 MhZ can do good? I can't go to Gskill Ripjaws because I have a tight budget :/

I'd go with the "GIGABYTE GA-H97M-HD3 LGA 1150 Intel H97" over the "Asus B85M-G". The former is about $5 more than the latter, so it's pretty reasonable to spend the extra money for a motherboard of better quality.
