500 Watts is more than enough for a gtx 960. There shouldn't be any problems with the motherboard you are using it with. Depending on what games you play and what settings you want them at. Should handle most games well at 1080p. If you want more specifics on what games you play I would recommend you look up benchmarks for the specific game.

Not some serious gaming, gtx 960 comes with a free copy of witcher 3 and I'll be playing some gta 5, the rest are some pretty old games such as skyrim, cod waw, rust, the forest. I'm a new pc gaming and I sure agree why pc gaming is muuch better than console.
