I would maybe consider spending a bit more on a better quality PSU, at least gold rated. In my experience any PSU under $75 is not quality.

And having a strong and stable PSU is super super important.

if you can wait a few weeks for intel to stock up on the newer skylake. it might be better for you as the older 1150 mb and cpu will be going end of life. if you want to keep the rig for a few years then a newer 1151 mb let you replace the cpu if needed.
