Yesterday, (August 21st) I made some light changes to my AMD build. It is an:
FX-6300
ASRock 960gm/u3s3 micro atx mobo
2x4gb Crucial ballistics sport 1600mhz ram
AMD Radeon Gigabyte R9 270X 2gb
1tb seagate 7200rpm HDD
Rosewill 750w 80 plus bronze non modular power supply
NZXT Source 210 Elite case

I dusted all the components with a compressed air duster and then made some changes. I switched the Rosewill power supply out for a Corsair RM series 750 watt gold full modular power supply and switched all the components over to a Corsair Air 240 micro atx case. The actual build went fine.

However, upon trying to actually boot up the new build for the first time it got past the bios screen then cut off. It cut back on but started giving me problems. Every first time I cut it on now it will get past the bios and the windows logo but the screen will then go blue with white pixels spread throughout. Soon after it will restart and go through a loop with windows startup repair. Every once in a while telling me I had a DPC_Watchdog_Violation. Last night I managed to "fix" the problem by continuously trying to restart into safe mode (with networking). However, it never actually booted into safe mode but instead suddenly booted up fine (after about an hour of attempting safe mode). At that point it still wouldn't let me use command prompt or task manager so I restarted again and that time everything worked fine (I even checked the GPU and ran some tests on the HDD to make sure) so I considered the problem fixed. I put the PC into sleep mode and went to bed.

This morning, I found the computer running with the monitor still off. I turned the monitor on but it told me that it had no signal. Supposing that the monitor was partially asleep, I tried pressing the keyboard and mouse to wake it. Nothing worked so I hit the power button, that did nothing. So, I hit the reset button. It restarted, but went back to the same thing it was doing last night. Startup repair failed. Windows restore to the point before I changed the case failed. After restarting around ten times I booted into safe mode with command prompt and still have not fixed the problem.

Any ideas or answers to fix the problem would be highly appreciated. Frankly I'm at a loss as to what the problem is since the HDD and GPU are fine and it decided to work fine for a while and I haven't changed out any components that should cause a problem. Please help!

Update Same day nighttime: I had shut down the PC this morning. Booted it back up and everything worked fine as it did the night before. However, is making an odd "click" or "pop" sound every time it turns on or off. Expecting the reboot problems to return next reboot. Going to try messing with start-up settings and switching the power and reset chord sides.
