Will This Gaming PC run GTA 5, Witcher 3 and COD on 60 fps high/ultra settings?

Will this build http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/3zQpsY run GTA 5, Witcher 3 and COD on 60 fps ultra/high settings? Also quick question about pcpartpicker can you buy directly from there, or do you have to buy these parts from the store individually? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!!!

Well, the R9 270x isn't really a 1080p/60fps/ultra settings card. Your looking at around 44 fps average in the witcher 3 at 1080p on medium settings. If you want 60 fps and high/ultra settings, you'd probably want to get a GTX 970 or r9 290 instead.

Also, PC part picker only finds the deals on components, so you'll actually buy them from the vendor's website.

it seems that short of the 980, 980Ti, or a Titan X, the next best thing would be a GTX 970, which is what I'm considering for my own build. 56fps average for ultra on 1080p is damn good for the price imo. also consider changing to an intel core i5-4690k if the purpose is only gaming

Buy the GTX 970 it's very good I have it and I bought the MSI version because I am an MSI fanboy.
