Which PSU for Skylake build (EVGA G2 or Seasonic 750KMS)

Just ready to order components for a new Skylake i7-6700 build. Torn between power supplies..

** Is this fully compatible with Skylake?
I assume that it is fully haswell compatible.
I am leaning toward this one since it seems like the best bang for the buck and has received decent reviews. Not sure about the ECO mode though.

ECO mode is just the semi-fanless mode. The PSU's cooling fan remains off until the system draws more than 300 Watts where it will begin to operate in low speed mode (i.e. 0 ~ 810 RPM). When the system draws more than 450 Watts the fan enters the beginning of its high speed mode and ramps up further as power draw increases (i.e. 810 ~ 1680 RPM).
