Turtle Beach x12 headset no microphone sound

1. It is on PC (desktop).
2. Mic is not on Mute.
3. Cable is plugged in right.

5. It is recognized, whenever I speak into it, the recordings tab has no increase in volume for my headset. (It does increase when the cords are plugged in and out.)
