I have an issue when i put my games in windowsed mode, the game is larger than my screen, and goes under my taskbar, and strectches onto my other monitor. Both my monitors are the same thing, 1920x1080 resolutions. I have a gtx 970. Does anyone know why the game is bigger than my monitors? It does it with csgo and gta 5 in windowed mode, it probably does it with more games, but i only have these 2 currently.

Here's a screenshot, the game goes under my taskbar and is on my other monitor a little bit. https://gyazo.com/92b8deafd41f02f8d99975812494c5e5 (i didnt take a full image of my second monitor because theres nothing to see)

Also if i play guild wars 1 my mouse will right click on my other monitor.

You're using the same resolution for desktop and game, I presume. So in windowed mode the game will still be the same size as the screen plus all the extra bits from the window itself, i.e. the title bar and frame of the window. To make the window fit you'd have to reduce the game resolution to something below your desktop resolution or switch to full screen mode to keep the maximum resolution in the game.
