I have a few extra things (light up controller, razer Naga mouse, razer deathstalker, etc.) How much extra power should I get with my computer to support these lights. I've had an issue with the power supply in the past.

Solution
Read each item's manual. It'll probably tell you the wattage. It is minimal and not something to consider. I know you don't want to hear this, but If your PSU has only 15w of headroom it is time to replace it. PSUs aren't made to run at max load constantly and i'm not surprised it is shutting down on you.
Those lights will consume such little power that they do not need to be considered when purchasing a power supply. Perhaps you selected a low quality power supply in the past. It is an extremely common thing for people to cheap out on power supplies or fall for false marketing. There are a lot of bad ones out there.

I know but I need to know roughly how much power do the accessories need I only have about 15 W extra. With my current build if I plug in the Xbox controller the computer shuts down because of insufficient power.
