I'm currently in the process saving to buy a new computer and am curious about water cooling and want to know more. I was thinking of adding it to my build, here it is

250gb ssd

2tb hdd

970 gtx

750 watts psu

Thor v2 case

Intel Xeon 1231

Cd drive Asus

Lga 1150 mother board H97 asrock.

I've been watching about water cooling and seems a lot cooler in the case with the nice radiator was just wondering if it would be worth getting it :3

Solution
i would just use stock one (the one you get with CPU), and if it will be to loud for you just buy air cooler, single rad water coolers are not worth it they louder than air coolers and not very good a cooling, air coolers will do a lot better. only 240mm water coolers are worth it. single fans are not
For Xeon, stock cooler would do just fun. Unless you want your PC to be really quiet under load than get cheap air cooler liek CM HYPER 212 EVO and it will be completly silent under load. No need to spend absurd amounts for water cooler to cool locked CPU
