im curious do motherboards such as this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131758 comes with a cd to install drivers or something? cuz i bought a motherboard like this one and its used and it only came in with the motherboard nothing else i also noticed the usb 3.0's on the back doesnt work on my usb 2.0 im aware that it should work but this one doesnt or should i just say it doesnt work because i tried every usb. I checked the device manager and there were 3 missing drivers theyre, ethernet controller, universal serial bus (usb) controller, and an unknown one.

anyways my only question here is do factory new boxed motherboards comes with cds?

Solution
Most motherboards do come with a disc for drivers and such. You can also go to the manufacture's website and download all drivers from there for any specific motherboard.

are there any other important or useful files left on that disk besides the drivers(files) that you can get online? or everything on that disk you can get online?
