Is HD 7870 better than R7 370?

I saw HD 7870 2gb 256bit DDR5 but its a reference AMD card for only $107 (brand new). I am tempted to buy this because its $55 cheaper than the Sapphire R7 370 2gb. So iis HD 7870 ok considering that it is an AMD reference card and older? How about the performance of HD 7870 against R7 370?

I do 1080p gaming (bf3, bf4, gta v, etc.) and video editing.

But I am tempted to buy the HD 7870 because its only $107. I can spend the remaining $50-70 on other upgrades.
