i start disabling microsoft services because i was trying to boost my windows performance and startup speed but i don't remember which one i disabled,please can you help me? this lag is like i'm scrolling down in a webpage and lasts 2-3 seconds but it's super annoying!
My windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit lag randomly and i don't know why..
