Upgrading ATI Radeon HD 5570, budget 120-150$

Hello everyone, I need to upgrade my 5570 to a better graphic card for gaming purposes.
(I'd like to run decently GTA V and especially the upcoming Fallout 4)

My setup:
MB: ASUS P5QPL-AM
CPU: Intel core 2 quad Q6600 (oc @2.88GHz)
RAM: 4GB
PSU: 600W
OS: W7 ultimate

For that much you can look for 370 or 950 but your cpu probably the biggest hurdle in your system (bottleneck). With that cpu i would not go anyting higher than 7750/650/740.
