i5 4460 + GTX970 or i5 4690 + GTX960?

I'm thinking of building a pc but can't figure out what's better for price/performance:

My build is this:

Now, this is my question, what would be best?

Intel Core i5 4690 (3.5GHz)
MSI GTX960 Gaming 2GB GD5
(middle of the road at 814,80€)

or

Intel Core i5 4460 (3.2GHz)
MSI GTX970 Armor OC 4GB GD5
(most expensive at 898,80€)

or even

Get whichever i5 will allow you to use the GTX 970, simple as that.

If you want to play newer games today and a year or two from now then yes. You won't notice any big difference in performance between the i5's.
