Since today my FPS while gaming dropped from 80-140 to 30-70, so lets say my FPS is just halved since yesterday.
I can't figure out what the problem is, I updated my drivers, run virus scans, checked my setting, did a rollback of a few days ago, nothing...
My specs:
MSI Z97 GAMING 5
Intel Core i7-4790K
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX980 ti
OS: Windows 7
Gaming on a 2560x1440 144Hz resolution monitor.
Used to play WoW 80-140 FPS in normal conditions, now I can't even reach 60.
Wicther 2 same problem.
My knowledge about Anti-aliasing isn't really great, but decreasing it in WoW puts my fps back up from 30fps to 144 (Vertical sync is on). I used to run everything on max setting, including Anti-aliasing.
If anyone might know what the problem is or have any suggestions, pleas help me out.
