Honestly for gaming the GTX 980 Ti does better than the Titan X in many areas.

This motherboard is phenomenal, since you have the extra money i would get that motherboard.

Also since you have a bit more to burn i would say get the extra 512 GB of SSD, storage runs out fast especially since newer games are very big and if you are like me and download a lot of TV shows this will come in handy, trust me.

Honestly i would save up a bit by using a Samsung 840 Pro or 850 Pro
For gaming 8 GB is more than enough, however if you are a power user and don't mind the extra bucks 16 GB is a solid option. 32 GB may be a bit extreme for your case.

With the extra money i would get a 980 Ti.

If you are spending that much for gaming, go with Skylake i7 and another GTX 980 or something similar.

Solution

Easiest method, get out a measuring tape, cut out from a empty cardboard box the 'sizes' listed in the desxription of each part, then 'stick it inside' the case... is there problems, rubbing, airflow issues, otherwise.

Alot depends on how things (HDD rack, motherboard position, etc.) are laid out, for example getting that big of a video card would that 'lay on top of' the CPU? If so that is very bad, even though it 'fits', as it can rub/cause a short between the GPU and CPU, etc.
