Is there a way I can make my WiFi Better? (Upload and Download Speeds)

I have 49ms Ping, 10.89 Mbps download speed, 1.91 Mbps Upload speed, and yes, I know these results are bad.

Is there a way I can improve my results? I have a dual band wireless usb adapter (the wireless AC1000 Dual Band USB adapter) But my router isn't dual band capable I don't believe. I have a Pace 5168N router. It's 802.11n Wireless N router. Is there any way I can improve my results?

Wrong forum USAFret ... this is not home depot.
You can flash ur routers (assuming it's a router) to a third party firmware and overclock it, just don't forget to water cool it

How to make WiFi better?

Step 1. Remove all the walls in your house
Step 2. Remove all other electronics in the house.
Step 3. Discovering 1 & 2 are not really feasible, use an ethernet cable.

You're getting ~11 down, and ~2 up.
What plan are you paying the ISP for?
How far away from the router are you?
