Can I put 8 GB RAM (8x1) on my Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H ?

I don't want to put (4x2) GB but one 8 GB stick on single slot and one 4 GB stick on another. Total 12 GB of RAM. Can I do that ?
My RAM is Corsair Vengeance 8 GB 1600 Mhz and Corsair Vengeance 4 GB 1600 Mhz

Yes you can. Make sure those sticks have the same timings/voltage/frequency (to avoid possible compatibility issues), and you should be fine.

and

4 GB one's

Memory Configuration - Single Module

Tested Latency - 9-9-9-24

Rest is same.. So, would be there any problem if I use them together ?

mixing DRAM from different packages is a crapshoot, even when you have two identical packages of the same exact DRAM model.

It may cause some stability issues. You can always try to tune them manually in Bios.
