Replace a SSD drive for Dell XPS 8700

Hi,

I have an XPS 8700 Special edition that comes with a 256GB liteon SSD and a 3TB HDD, I'm trying to replace the liteon with a 500GB Samsung EVO, but I can't find the Liteon drive...is it installed on the motherboard? If so, can I install another SSD?

Is the 256GB liteon SSD a mSata?
If it is then it's on the mother board right behind the graphic card on top of your sata ports. All Dell XPS 8700 have a mSata slot.

If it's a regular 2.5 SSD then it should be in the hard drive cage under your 3TB hard drive.

I'm guessing it's a mSata, because I don't remember Dell using 2.5 SSD in any of their 8700.
