Hello,
My friend has asked me to find parts for him to build his own PC. I've put something together and would like to know if I can make any changes (CPU/GPU overkill? Different case?).

He would like to play games with lots of blocks and moving parts. such as Starmade, From the Depths, and also Unity game design.

See the build here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KPXChM

It costs $650, and he doesn't think he can spend any more; price cuts would be preferred.

Thank you in advance!

There were a couple small things that could be changed, and one huge thing that needed to be changed immediately. You didn't need a WD Black on a budget build, Caviar Blue is a perfectly fine alternative. Made a couple other small changes, and for the big one: That PSU is CRAP. It's on the Tier 5 list, which means avoid at all costs.
