My brand spanking new pc freezes at random times with apparently no cause. At first I thought it might be a bad hard drive because I took my old one and just slapped it in there so I got a new one and did a fresh install of windows. That didn't work at all. then I tried opening it up and making sure all the connections were okay. there wasn't anything wrong with anything there. Then I thought maybe something was overheating since I only have the stock cpu cooler and one case fan, but everything is running nice and cool well within acceptable levels. I've tried flashing the bios, manually inputting ram timings, and literally everything else I can think of. After a week of trying I felt it was time to ask for help. I'll list the parts below for reference.
-Asus A88x-pro motherboard
-Amd A10-7700k CPU
-Evga superclocked ddr3 1600 ram
-WD blue 1tb hdd
-Evga 430w power supply
I would really appreciate some help.
