i have a 16gb usb drive i wanna install windows 7/8.1 on my new ssd in a few days but i realized im gonna need to install the mobo drivers as well ( i dont have the dvd from the mobo)

so is there any way i can either delete the window files after the installation is done and then go and get the drivers or some way i can keep the windows files and still do install the mobo drivers

i dont have a hdd in my pc atm i ordered a new ssd for the installation

ALL I HAVE IS THE 16GB USB FLASH DRIVE

Go to the website for your motherboards manufacturer.

Find the page on that site for your motherboard.

On that page, look for a Support or a Downloads link.

On that page look for anything that might be the drivers for your motherboard. Download all of them.

Some companies list each driver as a separate file, while other companies will list a complete bundle, and yet other companies will have a program you run to get the drivers installed. The problem with the last option, running a program to go get them, is that you are going to need the Ethernet and USB drivers to do that. So try to download the drivers in a form that you can use after you have re-installed Windows, but which will work before you get any other drivers installed.
