I need to information about my new build because im replacing my motherboard, CPU, GPU and installing a new OS which is windows 10 on a new HDD will i be able to view and keep my files on my old HDD and still be able to use the files on there? Will i also be able to play games without installing the again? Or do i have to transfer my data to the new HDD after installing my OS also my old HDD has windows 7 installed? or is it better to get an SSD to install my OS on instead of a HDD??
