Gigabyte z97 chipset motherboards

Hi guys recently bought this Micro-ATX board thinking it was an ATX board. Whoops!

Whats the difference between the two motherboards?

There is nothing wrong with microATX motherboards. I wouldn't worry about it. Here is a detailed list of each boards specs.

I have the ability to go exchange it no hassles, the price is the same essentially, would this effect any ssd or sli configurations in the future?
