Hey, guys. Looking to get some advice on some of the critical differences/things to keep in mind/ advantages/disadvantages of these models and which is "better" for my situation.

My situation is that I am looking to get a new laptop that is capable of playing most games at lower to medium settings with high fps. I am interested in playing League of Legends, CSGO, TF2, and maybe a little BF4.

So, which is the best option and why? Also feel free to add another option if you have one.

Between the ASUS and ACER:

Both laptops have 2GB GDDR3 VRAM Dedicated GPU, 8GB RAM, and 1TB HDD.

The GeForce 940M on the ACER is slightly better than the AMD Graphics on the ASUS (See: Radeon R7 M265 vs GeForce 940M)

The HDD on the ASUS is 7200rpm and on the ACER is 5400rpm.

The ASUS doesn't actually have two graphics cards. The 'Dual' is a marketing wash. Its actually a AMD Radeon® R5 M230 + Radeon R7 M265 DX Built-in with the A10-7400P APU (AMD CPU).

The ACER has the superior CPU by a huge margin. The Intel Core i7 4712MQ is a true quad-core with Hyper Threading enabled.

Battery is a 6-Cell on the ACER granting it better battery hours than the ASUS which has a 4-Cell battery.

Bottom line: The ACER...
