Ambient room temp 20c

Gta V max 35c

Arma 3 max 36c

League of legends max 32c

Ambient room temp 30c

Gta V 40c

Arma 3 41c

League of legends 35c

ok with these temps what would be a good overclock for me it would be my first overclock i have ever done so could you recommend some settings for voltages and multipliers i dont wanna overclock ram as i heard there isnt a difference.

Solution
Take it slowly...
Start at say 4.3GHz and put the voltage to 1.2. If all goes well raise the multipler. If it crashes after the overclock raise the voltage. Once you hit your target GHz stable, lower the voltage by just a bit. You want to get the highest overclock with the least voltage because a higher vcore increases heat.

To be honest, I don't see a point overclocking such a powerful CPU. If you really want to overclock just for the heck of it then...
Every cpu is different. Some cpus will overclock better than others, even if its the same brand and model. Your temps are fairly low, you should be able to get a good overclock. Firstly, go into bios and raise fan speed to highest, then download prime95 software. Its a stress tester. Run it for 10 mins if the temps are low, boot into bios and raise the multiplier. It should be easy to find, just poke around a bit of read the manual for your motherboard. Boot back into windows and again, run prime95 for 10mins. If the temps stay low, and your pc doesn't crash, boot back into bios and repeat. Keep going until the temps go too high (I'd say about 70-80C) or the pc crashs. If the temps are high you can't do anything except get a better cooler. If it crashes, raise the voltage by a bit. Its very important that you dont raise the voltage to high. It could fry your cpu.
