GPU - Sapphire Radeon NITRO R9 380 Dual X OC AMD Graphics Card 4GB
RAM - Corsair Memory Vengeance Pro Series Silver 8GB DDR3 2133 MHz
OS - Windows 10

Don't see any reason why not. What do you class as 'decent FPS'?

A quick google says you should get somewhere around 50 FPS.

I meant like 60fps but 50 is fine, another question is that gpu has 4gb vram is that needed because i use a 1080p monitor and just wondering if 4gb is overkill and should i just get a 2gb card????

I think that 4GB is the sensible minimum level even at 1080 these days.

Do not forget turn on Mantle in Graphic option this give you singifiaciant boost vs DX11
