Hello,
We recently upgraded to a bigger bandwith and now all of my Games that require Internet connection have stoped working. The cause could be another one but that is the only thing that changed and it would make sense. I would be very greatful if somebody can help me with this.
Thanks in advance

I wasn't able to go to the piticular site because I don't live in the US but. I got a speed test from Ookla a local speed testing site. The readings were
Ping:19ms
Downstream: 16.75 Mbps
Upstream: 5.39 Mbps

It wasn't clear to me whether he switched ISPs or got a faster plan from the same ISP. And sometimes the ISP gives you both the modem and router, or an all-in-one. I guess it would be possible to get new equipment (or not) in either case.

If he did get different equipment, my best guess would be that the router is not configured by default to allow traffic to those gaming servers. Sometimes a firewall setting that needs adjusting, or occasionally you have to manually tell it to allow the connection by using a port forwarding rule.
