Is my 980 ti running at normal performance?

Hi, I've got an EVGA 980 ti and have been recently running benchmarks and I'm concerned.

On 3DMark firestrike 1.1 I got a score of 13424, and on Unigen Heaven I got 2262 with a min. fps of 9 and a max of 187.9.

My other specs are:
ASRock Z170 Gaming k7+
i5 6600k
16GB DDR4 2400MHz
500GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD

After running a 3DMark you even get the option to compare your system to others using the same hardware why dont you just take a look at those?

My PSU is an EVGA Gold standard 850 Watt, and my game performance is actually the reason I decided to benchmark. On Far Cry 4 maxed out everything at 1080P, I'll get somwhere between the 50-60fps mark, and when I'm sprinting it goes to make 45. GTA V maxed out is a solid 60, but dips to as low as 35fps when driving. Metro: Last Light Redux maxed with SSAA 4x gets around 40fps.
