Hi,

I recently came back from a 3 week holiday, and every time is start up the PC i get a BAD_POOL_HEADER bsod.
Blue screen view tells me it's caused by ntoskrnl.exe
System:
Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3
i5 2500k
Radeon HD 6970
8 gb of corsair vengeance ram
I uploaded a minidump file to http://www.filedropper.com/082415-20170-01

can someone please help me with this, i tried system recovery, cleaning the registry, defrag.
I can only run windows in save mode or clean boot at the moment

Thanks im going to try This. Ill Let you know if it worked

since this was a memory corruption I would also suspect:
Ralink RT2870 series driver
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netr28ux.sys
Timestamp: Wed Feb 25 18:49:17 2009

it is very old and can also cause memory corruption. get a update to a current version.
---------
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AppleCharger.sys
is from 2011 and also corrupts memory. Disable or find a update. It is used to charge apple devices on a PC (overrides the max current that USB can provide)

your bugcheck is caused by your USB subsystem
Etron USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver
your bios is too old to properly support USB 3.0 update the BIOS or use a custom usb 3.0 driver for your machine. (bios should match the USB driver )

here is the bios update that should work:http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3853#bios

also grab any updated windows 7 drivers from gigabyte.

machine info:
