What Motherboard Should I use for an Athlon X4 860k

So i'll be using this motherboard for one thing. Overclocking for gaming and rendering. I wanted to know what the best FM2+ motherboard is out there that doesn't require a bios flash for Kaveri Chips. I don't how to flash and I don't have the budget to get someone else to do it for me. What motherboards do you recommend? Share your insight. I'm on a budget of $140 and under.
