I had installed Windows 7 in a laptop everything was fine during the setup and it gets completed. First time it boots it asks for the time zone configuration etc. When the login screen appears it suddenly restarted. And then Windows stuck within the "Starting Windows" screen. I have searched through internet and found its due to registry corrupt.

and I had found that files in Windows\system32\config\RegBack are 0 bytes. I had installed numerous times repeatedly but the boot loop doesn't gets solved. How to troubleshoot this issue?
