don't cheap out on the psu please for your pc's life and even yours.
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
try to get atleast a tier 3 psu

also make sure what you are doing with arctic silver 5, if your cpu cooler is made out of aluminum it will melt. also it conducts electricity so if you drop a bit on your motherboard it will kill it. it is also hard to remove, people had to actually sandpaper the cpu and cooler to remove it

This build would be so much better for almost the same money. Just pick out a case.

later on when this needs a upgrade can i like buy a intel core i5 4690k?

You'd want to change the board from H97 to Z97 now if you want 4690K later. Price is almost the same.
I took out the SSD. It's a luxury you can't afford at your budget. The GTX 960 is more valuable. You can get SSD when you get 4690K. It will be a nice upgrade then.

If you want SLI you'll have to spend more for a better board. This one will let you use 4690K with small overclock.

the i3 will win vs the pentium in multi threaded applications overclocked or not (games are multi threaded these days). the i3 can´t overclock at all by the way if you were thinking about that
